Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate actively in weekly training workshops to enhance product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
