Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce costs, and implement process improvements.
- Manage the supply chain and inventory control to ensure timely procurement and reduction of waste.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales and finance, to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various plant locations.
