Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ production associates during overnight shifts
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections and process audits
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Train new hires on SOPs and safety protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid forklift certification
- Associates degree in Operations Management or equivalent
