Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes across multiple departments including supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operational professionals through performance management and talent development programs
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation to achieve financial targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations management with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting for operational departments
