Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for operational challenges, providing immediate and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders clearly.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives.
