Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the operations department.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or supply chain leadership.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
