Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and maximum efficiency across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
- Manage the annual budget and P&L, ensuring cost-control measures are met while supporting business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to align operational goals with company strategy.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards and reduce operational risks.
- Handle escalated client and vendor issues with a focus on resolution and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.
