- Oversee daily operations across NYC fulfillment centers, ensuring 99.9% service level targets
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams in warehouse, logistics, and customer service departments
- Analyze KPIs and data to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly financial reporting responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership experience with teams of 10+ direct reports
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or higher)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data to stakeholders
