Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams of 12+ professionals through performance coaching and strategic planning
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Manage annual operating budget of $5M+ with rigorous cost control measures
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in manufacturing/distribution
- Proven track record of implementing LEAN methodologies and process re-engineering
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- PHR/SPHR or Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable
