Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
- Manage a diverse team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and Lean Six Sigma process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Prepare and analyze complex operational reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
