Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Direct daily operations, supervise staff performance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Budget Management: Develop, track, and optimize operational budgets to ensure financial health.
- Reporting: Generate detailed operational reports and analyze data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-volume projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Atlanta, GA office.
