Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily production and logistics workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) budget, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or manufacturing leadership.

- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
