Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize supply chain logistics and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry safety regulations
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for operational disruptions
- Prepare monthly operational reports and executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow redesign
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma) preferred
