- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with supply chain experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process optimization methodologies
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for border market operations
