Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment centers
- Develop and optimize operational KPIs to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Prepare annual budgets and track operational expenditure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour and DOT certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing 15+ direct reports in high-volume environments
