Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including warehouse, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive operational excellence
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel to warehouse sites
- PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
