Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in warehouse/distribution management
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification and safety management experience
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
