- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams through performance coaching and development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 10+ direct reports
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
