Responsibilities

- Develop/implement process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ employees to achieve KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate facility maintenance and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years operations management experience in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership abilities with team-building experience
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
