Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, forecasting expenses and revenue.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of budget management and cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Fresno and Central Valley business landscape is a plus.
