Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity.

- Process Optimization: Analyze operational data and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- SOP Development: Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
