Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless workflow and resource optimization
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ professionals through performance management and professional development programs
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service quality
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience in corporate or manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements resulting in measurable cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) highly desirable
