Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and strong Excel skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
