Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Atlanta facility, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze financial performance to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain process, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with market demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving process improvements.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
