- Process optimization: implement lean methodologies to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Vendor management: negotiate contracts with freight carriers and warehouse partners
- Compliance: ensure adherence to DOT/FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards
- Data-driven decision making using SAP and Tableau dashboards
- Stakeholder communication: report KPIs to executive leadership weekly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years operations management experience in logistics/3PL
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, TMS, and WMS systems
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingualism highly valued
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations during peak seasons
