Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3+ warehouse facilities and distribution centers
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ employees including supervisors and coordinators
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate logistics activities with transportation partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Lead strategic projects including system implementations and capacity expansions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proven track record of managing teams in warehouse/distribution environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- OSHA 30-hour and Hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
