Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes, implementing Lean methodologies to reduce waste and boost productivity
- Lead cross-departmental projects including vendor management, supply chain optimization, and process automation
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with HR to build talent pipelines and implement continuous training programs
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system enhancements and data analytics integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within SaaS or tech manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
