Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching and development
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations management
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
- Strong proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA certification and extensive safety management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
