Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations specialists and coordinators
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Expertise in supply chain management and logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) for performance tracking
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
