Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution workflows
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and quality control
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic operational planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven experience implementing LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+
