Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams
- Develop/implement process improvements reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Manage KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety metrics
- Lead cross-departmental projects for system integration and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Coach and develop 8-12 direct reports through performance management
- Analyze operational data using Tableau/Power BI for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven track record in lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan preferred)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development success
