Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and quarterly targets
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains
- Manage $5M+ budget and negotiate vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 15+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
