Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including logistics, inventory, and supply chain
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operational specialists
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning and budget allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational software
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
