Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in tech operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling operations for 50+ employee organizations
- PHR/SPHR or PMP certification preferred
