Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across production, logistics, and customer service departments
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with mentorship and performance management
- Analyze KPIs using data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key service providers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Professional certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred
