Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3PL warehouse and distribution centers
- Develop and execute strategic process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Manage KPIs including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through change management projects
- Collaborate with finance to optimize operational budgets and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Implement technology solutions (WMS/TMS) to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 3PL or manufacturing background
- Proven expertise in lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience required)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making history
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience leading teams of 10+ professionals in union/non-union environments
