- Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities in Phoenix metro area

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations
- Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency through data analysis
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex workflows
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or CPM certification highly preferred
