Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop/implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ employees to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for 3PL partners
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with executive team on annual operational budgets and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership role
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
