Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and quality control functions
- Develop/implement KPIs to drive efficiency and cost reduction targets
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-departmental projects with budget oversight and timeline adherence
- Mentor and develop a team of 12+ operations professionals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
