Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, warehouse logistics, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operational staff
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance departments to align operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
