Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budget planning and resource allocation
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Expertise in supply chain logistics and inventory control systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience implementing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
