- Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, logistics, and quality control
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with mentorship and performance management
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for key operational services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements resulting in 20%+ cost savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
