Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including logistics, procurement, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with senior leadership to align operational goals with business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote/hybrid teams
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make critical decisions
