- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive data-driven decision-making
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for critical business functions
- Coordinate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company vision
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
