Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, inventory management, and distribution workflows
- Develop and optimize operational KPIs to maximize efficiency and cost savings
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and customer service
- Implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience implementing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional project management abilities with complex execution track record
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-growth environments or scaling operations
- Certification in PMP, CSCP, or similar preferred
