Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ cross-functional professionals
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
