Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across warehouse, logistics, and customer service departments
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams through performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Analyze operational data to drive strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with department heads to align operational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience optimizing logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- OSHA 30 and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required
