Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, warehouse logistics, and distribution workflows
- Develop and implement operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and customer service departments
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of logistics management principles and supply chain optimization
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
