Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operational staff through performance management and training initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational KPI improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational metrics tools
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
