Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams (15+ employees)
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams for integrated planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational metrics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/WMS systems
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California driver's license required
